Window Repair & Preservation in Eugene, OR

Eugene and the community of Cottage Grove are the furthest south that we travel. This area begins the historic and cultural transition into the southern region of Oregon with the very dry summers, abundant scrub oak, rugged terrain and diverse cultural groups. Over the past two years, we have found ourselves working with the University of Oregon’s Historic Preservation Program, teaching for the Pacific NW Preservation Field School, giving tours of local projects, and bringing on interns to learn a more hands-on aspect of the trades. Cottage Grove has been our largest draw to the south end of the valley due to our long-term project, The Cottage Grove Armory, which can be read into more detail on our portfolio page. Besides Cottage Grove, our team has done little residential work for the Eugene area since before this website. It has been all word of mouth from local historic committees.

Eugene-1

To the best of our knowledge, there are little to no window folks in Eugene, just product installation specialists. Though Eugene saw a fair amount of urban renewal resulting in a significant amount of downtown destruction in the 1960’s and 1970’s, the residential area is tremendous and reflects the lifestyle and scale of the timber and commerce town that it was and rightly still is.
